Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Prior notice of
transport referred to in regulation 42(1)(a) or notice lodged under
regulation 43(1) shall state —
(a) the
date of transport;
(b) the
identifying particulars of the aircraft or vehicle, or the name and number of
the boat, to which the relevant notice relates; and
(c) the
source, location, number and destination of the pearl oysters to be
transported, and the time and date of arrival of those pearl oysters at that
destination,
and, if any of the
particulars referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) is omitted from the
relevant notice, that notice is deemed not to have been given or lodged, as
the case requires.
