Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A person shall not
carry out, or attempt to carry out, or permit or suffer his or her agent,
employee or subordinate to carry out or attempt to carry out, pearl seeding
operations other than —
(a) on a
pearl oyster farm (other than a nursery site or quarantine site);
(b) on a
holding site; or
(c) at
such other place as is approved.
Penalty: $2 000.
