Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A licensee or permit
holder shall not carry out pearling or hatchery activities, nor allow any
agent, employee or subordinate to carry out those activities, unless the
licensee or permit holder has —
(a)
described the pearling or hatchery activities in a notice of pearling or
hatchery activity in an approved form completed by the licensee or permit
holder; and
(b) at
least 48 hours prior to the commencement of those activities, lodged that
form with an inspector.
Penalty: $2 000.
