Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
section 55(1)(a)(ii) and (b)(i) of the Act, the Executive Director may,
with the approval in writing of the Minister, sell the relevant pearl oysters
or pearl oyster spat —
(a) at
public auction; or
(b) by
tender or by private treaty.
