Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Subject to the making
of any deductions authorised under these regulations the gratuities credited
to a prisoner and other moneys held on his behalf shall be made available to
the prisoner upon his discharge or as soon as practicable thereafter.
