Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The chief
executive officer may determine from time to time the amount of money (not
including gratuities credited) which may be received and held on behalf of a
prisoner.
(2) Notwithstanding
any thing in regulation 47, the chief executive officer may determine
that, subject to any further direction given by the chief executive officer in
relation to any specified circumstances, gratuities credited to prisoners
shall be retained in the account of the prisoner to such extent as is
specified by the chief executive officer.
(3) Nothing in this
regulation affects the provisions of regulations 49 and 73.
