Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A prison officer on
taking charge or supervision of any group of prisoners shall count the number
of prisoners and shall remain responsible for the charge and supervision of
each prisoner in the group until the prisoners are delivered into the charge
and supervision of a relieving prison officer or other officer.
