regulations —
accident has the same meaning as in Part V of the
Road Traffic Act 1974 ;
department means the department of the Public
Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of the Act;
road traffic conviction record , in respect of a
person, means the record held in the department of the person’s
convictions against the Road Traffic Act 1974 ;
traffic infringement notice record , in respect of
a person, means the record held in the department of infringement notices
served on the person under the Road Traffic Act 1974 section 102.
