Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Any person having a
poison, other than those specified in regulation 56, in or on any
premises for the purpose of sale or use in his profession, business, trade or
industry shall keep that poison in such a manner as to preclude contamination
of any food, drink or condiment by the poison; and to preclude access to the
poison by children.
