Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The CEO may approve,
in writing, a container or label which does not comply with these regulations
if, having regard to the nature of the poison and the purpose for which it is
to be used, it is unlikely that the interests of safety will be adversely
affected by the use of such container or label.
