Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A person shall
not sell any food, drink, or condiment, or any drug or medicine for internal
use, in a container —
(a) of a
description which is not readily distinguishable by sight and touch from a
container in which a poison intended for external use may be sold; or
(b) of a
like description to that prescribed for a container in which a poison intended
for external use may be sold.
