PIGGERIES REGULATIONS 1952 - REG 3

3.         Areas in which piggeries may be carried on only if registered

                For the purposes of section 191 of the Act, the areas listed in the Schedule are areas in which piggeries may be carried on only if the premises in or upon which they are carried on are registered as required by the section.
