PETROLEUM PRODUCTS SUBSIDY REGULATIONS 1966 - REG 3

3 .         Claim for payment (section 7)

                For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, a claim, by a registered distributor of petroleum products, for payment under the Act shall — 

            (a)         be made on a form supplied for the purpose by an authorised officer;

            (b)         include the information required by the form;

            (c)         be signed by the distributor or by a person authorised by the distributor;

            (d)         be accompanied by a summary of the sales of eligible petroleum products to which the claim relates; and

            (e)         be sent by post to, or lodged with, the Office of the Regional Director, AusIndustry, Department of Industry Science and Resources in Brisbane.
