Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A licensee who
constructs or operates a pipeline shall comply with the provisions of these
regulations.
(2) A person who is
engaged or concerned in or about the construction or operation of a pipeline
shall not authorise or direct another person to do anything which if done by
that person would not comply with the provisions of these regulations.
