Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A written notice
of objection by an Aboriginal group under section 32D of the Act to the
grant of a licence may be lodged by post, facsimile or delivery in person
within 42 days of the day on which a copy of the application was sent to
the Aboriginal group under section 32C of the Act.
(2) The notice of
objection shall include the particulars mentioned in section 32E of the
Act and any other information that the Aboriginal group considers to be
relevant.
