PETROLEUM PIPELINES REGULATIONS 1970 - REG 25

25 .         Reports to Minister by licensee

                The licensee shall submit to the Minister — 

            (a)         a weekly progress report during the period of construction of the pipeline; and

            (b)         such reports on the operation of the pipeline as the Minister may direct under the Act.
