PETROLEUM PIPELINES REGULATIONS 1970 - REG 22

22 .         Disobeying inspector, consequence of

                Where any request by an inspector under regulation 21 is not complied with by the licensee the inspector may recommend that permission to operate the pipeline should be refused by the Minister.
