Board, or any member thereof, may at all times in the daytime enter and
inspect any land, building, structure or place which in the opinion of the
Board or of such member it may be necessary to enter or inspect in the course
of any inquiries by the Board or the carrying out by the Board of any of its
duties under “The Town Planning and Development Act 1928 .”
