Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Where it appears
to an inspector, or other authorised person that any general produce or other
goods or merchandise brought into the public market or exposed for sale within
the public market are unfit for sale, the inspector may direct the occupier of
the premises whereon the general produce or goods or merchandise are offered
for sale to cause the same to be destroyed.
(2) A person who
refuses or fails to comply with the direction of an inspector or other
authorised person pursuant to sub-bylaw (1) commits an offence.
Penalty: $400.
