Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person who is
not an occupier or an agent or an employee of an occupier shall not, except
with the prior written consent of the Authority, sell or offer to sell within
the public market any general produce or other goods or merchandise.
Penalty: $400.
(2) A person shall
not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, buy or offer to buy
in the public market any general produce or other goods or merchandise except
on and from a portion of the public market that are premises of an occupier.
Penalty: $400.
