not, in or upon any of the common area of the public market, without the prior
written consent of the Authority, solicit business of any kind.
Penalty: $200.
(2) A person, other
than an employee of the occupier, shall not, in or upon the premises of an
occupier, without the consent of the occupier, solicit business or cause or
permit business to be solicited for any purpose otherwise than for or in
connection with the business of the occupier.
