Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person shall
not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, place or leave any
goods or other thing on a road or footway or in any part of the common area of
the public market so as to cause an obstruction therein.
Penalty: $300.
(2) An occupier shall
not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, leave, place or
permit or cause to be placed any goods or other thing in or on any road or
footway adjacent to the premises occupied by the occupier.
Penalty: $300.
