PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DIVING SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 9

9 .         Acceptance of revised DSMS

        (1)         If a diving contractor has revised a DSMS, the contractor must give a copy of the revised DSMS to the Safety Authority.

        (2)         The Safety Authority must notify the diving contractor that the revised DSMS is either accepted or rejected and is to do so within —

            (a)         28 days after receiving the revised DSMS; or

            (b)         another period agreed between the Safety Authority and the diving contractor.
