PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DIVING SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 35

35 .         DSMS under Commonwealth law

        (1)         In this regulation —

        commencement day means the day on which these regulations come into operation;

        existing DSMS means an accepted DSMS as that term is defined in the Commonwealth Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Diving Safety) Regulations 2002 regulation 4.

        (2)         An existing DSMS that is in force immediately before commencement day is, on and from commencement day, to be taken to be —

            (a)         an accepted DSMS for the purposes of these regulations; and

            (b)         accepted on the day on which it was originally accepted; and

            (c)         in force on the same conditions imposed on the acceptance.
