PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DIVING SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 11

11 .         Notice of reasons

        (1)         If the Safety Authority rejects a DSMS the Safety Authority must give with the notice mentioned in regulation 8(3) or  9(2), written reasons for rejecting the DSMS.

        (2)         If the Safety Authority decides to impose a condition on the acceptance of a DSMS, the Safety Authority must give with the notice mentioned in regulation 8(3) or  9(2), written reasons for imposing the condition.
