PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DIVING SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 10

10 .         Grounds for rejecting DSMS

                The Safety Authority must reject a DSMS if —

            (a)         the DSMS does not adequately comply with regulation 7; or

            (b)         the Safety Authority is not satisfied that there was effective consultation with divers and other members of the workforce in the preparation of the DSMS, as required by regulation 21.
