5 .         Reviewing authority

                The person from time to time holding the office of Deputy Director General, Resources Group in the department of the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of Schedule 5 to the Act, is the reviewing authority for the purposes of clauses 22 and 65 of that Schedule.
