PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 38

38 .         Election commenced but not completed before commencement of regulations

                If the process for the election of a safety and health representative has commenced, but has not been completed, before the day on which these regulations come into operation, the law in relation to the conduct of elections in force before that day applies to the election as if these regulations had not come into operation.
