33 .         Exemptions from hazardous substances and noise requirements

                On the application by a responsible person to the Safety Authority for an exemption from compliance with regulation 30(1),  31(2) or  32(2) the Safety Authority may —

            (a)         grant an exemption if it considers that compliance is not practicable in the particular circumstances; and

            (b)         impose conditions on the exemption.
