Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) In this
regulation —
commencement day means the day on which these
regulations come into operation;
existing pipeline licensee means a person who was
a pipeline licensee on commencement day.
(2) An existing
pipeline licensee does not commit an offence under regulation 9,
13, 15, 19(1), 20 or 21(1) or (2) in relation to
a pipeline that is a subject of the pipeline licence if the act or omission
constituting the offence occurs during the first 12 months after
commencement day.
