Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A pipeline licensee
must ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that each person working on, or
in connection with, a pipeline under the licence is competent to the extent
that he or she has the necessary skills, training and ability —
(a) to
carry out the tasks, both routine and non-routine, that may reasonably be
given to the person; and
(b)
during an emergency, to respond and react appropriately and at the level
reasonably required of the person.
Penalty: a fine of $3 300.
