Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations For the purposes of
the definition of “dangerous occurrence” in clause 3 of
Schedule 5 to the Act, the following occurrences that occur at or near a
pipeline are declared to be dangerous occurrences —
(a) an
occurrence that created a substantial risk of an accident;
(b) an
occurrence of a kind that a reasonable operator would consider to require an
immediate investigation.
