PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (PIPELINES) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 5

5 .         Pipeline to have an operator

                A person must not, in the adjacent area, engage in a prescribed activity in relation to a pipeline unless the pipeline has an operator.

        Penalty: a fine of $8 800.
