Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the Safety
Authority gives the Minister a timetable under regulation 48(4) for
consideration of the proposed revision of a pipeline safety management plan,
the Minister must, for the purposes of regulation 37(1)(b), give written
notice to the pipeline licensee explaining the effect of the timetable.
(2) A failure by the
Safety Authority to comply with subregulation (1) in relation to the
proposed revision of a pipeline safety management plan does not affect the
validity of a decision by the Safety Authority to accept or reject the
proposed revision.
