Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the Safety
Authority gives the Minister a timetable under regulation 44(4) for
consideration of the pipeline safety management plan, the Minister must, for
the purposes of regulation 24(1)(b), give written notice to the pipeline
licensee explaining the effect of the timetable.
(2) A failure by the
Minister to comply with subregulation (1) in relation to a pipeline
safety management plan does not affect the validity of a decision by the
Safety Authority to accept or reject the pipeline safety management plan.
