Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Minister may
withdraw the acceptance of a pipeline management plan in force for a pipeline
on a ground mentioned in regulation 40(1) even if the pipeline licensee
has been convicted of an offence because of a failure to comply with a
provision of the Act or of these regulations.
(2) Even if the
acceptance of a pipeline management plan has been withdrawn by the Minister on
a ground mentioned in regulation 40(1), the pipeline licensee for the
pipeline may be convicted of an offence because of a failure to comply with a
provision of the Act or of these regulations.
