Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A pipeline
management plan must include arrangements for reporting to the Minister about
each prescribed activity in respect of which the plan is submitted, at
intervals agreed with the Minister, but not less often than annually.
(2) A pipeline
licensee must report to the Minister in accordance with the arrangements under
subregulation (1) contained in the pipeline management plan in force for
the pipeline under the licence.
Penalty: a fine of $3 300.
