PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (PIPELINES) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 15

15 .         Consent to operate a pipeline

                A pipeline licensee must not operate a pipeline under the licence unless the Minister has granted a consent to operate the pipeline.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 500.
