30 .         Control systems

                The safety case for a facility must make adequate provision for the facility in the event of an emergency, in respect of —

            (a)         back-up power supply; and

            (b)         lighting; and

            (c)         alarm systems; and

            (d)         ballast control; and

            (e)         emergency shut-down systems.
