PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (MANAGEMENT OF SAFETY ON OFFSHORE FACILITIES) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 14

14 .         Maintaining records for safety cases

                The operator of a facility must keep all documents required by the safety case in force for the facility in the manner set out in the safety case.

        Penalty: a fine of $3 300.
