Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Subject to
subregulation (2), a member or cadet shall not keep premises for the sale
of intoxicating liquor either in his own or any other name or be directly or
indirectly interested in the management or control of any such premises.
(2) The Commissioner
of Police may in writing authorise a member or cadet to keep premises for the
sale of intoxicating liquor or to be directly or indirectly interested in the
management or control of any such premises if —
(a) the
premises have been approved by the Commissioner;
(b) the
member or cadet is a member of the Western Australian Police Social Club
(Inc.); and
(c) the
premises are owned or leased by that Club.
