Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Notwithstanding
anything in regulation 304, the Commissioner may appoint or direct any
member to carry out the functions, duties and responsibilities of any officer
in charge of a region, division, sub-division, section, branch or sub-branch
during the absence of the officer in charge from the region, division,
sub-division, section, branch or sub-branch and the member so appointed shall
be the officer in charge of the region according to the terms of the
appointment or direction.
