Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations On the death of a
member or cadet, the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Commissioner
grant to the spouse or de facto partner and other relatives of the member or
cadet who were dependent on him at the date of his death the monetary
equivalent, computed to the date of death, of —
(a)
annual leave accrued and owing to the member or cadet;
(b) long
service leave accrued and owing to the member or cadet;
(c) pro
rata leave for each completed month of service of the member or cadet in the
current year.
