Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Subject to
regulation 1308(1), where the incapacity of a member or cadet results
from the carrying on by him of an occupation for which he received or expected
to receive remuneration, outside of his duties as a member or cadet, the
Commissioner may grant or refuse to grant paid leave to the member or cadet in
respect of the incapacity or may grant him leave at a reduced rate of pay.
