Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A member who
suffers illness or injury through his fault or misconduct is not entitled to
paid leave in respect of absence from duty resulting from that illness or
injury.
(2) A member who
suffers illness or injury through his fault or misconduct is not entitled in
respect of that illness or injury to receive the benefits provided for by
regulation 1306.
