POLICE FORCE REGULATIONS 1979 - REG 1205

1205 .         When removal allowance not to be paid

                Except with the approval of the Commissioner the allowances payable under regulation 1204 are not payable in respect of a member, or cadet who is moved — 

            (a)         at his own request; or

            (b)         because of his own misconduct.
