Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of compiling the annual leave roster showing the commencing and finishing date
of annual leave prescribed by the relevant award every member shall not later
than 30 June each year give notice to the Commissioner of the dates that
he prefers to commence and finish his annual leave in the year immediately
following.
(2) The notice
referred to in subregulation (1) shall —
(a) in
the case of an application by a member who is a commissioned officer or an
officer in charge of a region be submitted to the office of the Commissioner;
(b) in
the case of an application by a member other than a member referred to in
paragraph (a) be submitted to the member who is the officer in charge of
that member.
