Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The importer shall
be responsible for unpacking any potential carrier and for preparing it for
inspection to the satisfaction of the Director General.
(2) A person shall not
unpack a potential carrier or remove a potential carrier from an inspection
point without the permission of an inspector.
Penalty: $5 000.
(3) Any potential
carrier which has been given a clearance by an inspector shall be removed as
soon as practicable unless otherwise approved.
