Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Notwithstanding
regulation 4, the Minister may approve the entry into the State of an
otherwise prohibited or restricted potential carrier for the purpose of
processing or export from the State.
(2) An approval given
for the purposes of subregulation (1) may specify —
(a) the
period during which the approval is to have effect; and
(b) such
conditions relating to the entry of the potential carrier as the Minister
thinks fit.
