PLANT DISEASES REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 19P

19P .         Prescribed application fee

        (1)         For the purposes of section 22B(2)(b) of the Act and subject to subregulation (2), the annual fee for — 

            (a)         an application for registration of private treatment and inspection premises is $210.00; and

            (b)         an application to renew an existing registration of private treatment and inspection premises is $210.00.

        (2)         If private treatment and inspection premises which are the subject of an application for registration are already registered by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service of the Commonwealth for the purposes of similar overseas quarantine functions, the application fee in subregulation (1)(a) is $49.50.
